1. On perusal of the record it is observed that the matter pertains to the Order of transfer dated 12.11.2010.

2. There was no interim relief provided inbetween to the Petitioner. However, during the course of pendency of the Petition, the Petitioner has become superannuated and the Petition has become infructuous.
