Prayer for regularization has been made by the petitioner, who was terminated from Dailywage engagement way back in the year 1993. There is nothing on record to show that thereafter, the petitioner was reinstated in service. Therefore, the petitioner's claim for regularization, who is not in service since 1993, is not made out. The petition is misconceived in law.

In the result, the petition is dismissed.
