Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be granted liberty to make an application for referring the matter to the Collector, District- Bilaspur under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to file an application before the Collector, Bilaspur under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act and in that event, the Collector shall do well to consider and decide the petitioner's application expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
