1. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that earlier service rendered by the petitioner as Shikshakarmi Grade-03 in the office of Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Bilha has not been taken into consideration for counting the length of service for absorption and other consequential benefits.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already approached the authorities by way of a representation keeping in view

the circulars of the State Government dated 30.06.2018 and 13.07.2018.

3. Given the limited grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed off directing the respondents No. 3 to 5 to take an appropriate decision in accordance with the Rules and Regulations and the two circulars referred in the preceding paragraphs at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this writ petition.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- 1.
