Agrawal Order On Board 08/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application for issuance of permanent caste certificate to the respondent No.4-Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Jashpur, which has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, direction may be issued to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the respondent No.4-Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Jashpur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's

application for issuance of permanent caste certificate strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
