The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised is that the petitioner has put in more than 7 years of continues services on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade III as such they are entitled for promotion to the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade II. The petitioner was somehow not considered for promotion by the respondent no. 2. The petitioner has also made representations to the respondent no 2 in this regard, but no decision has been taken on the said representation.

Given the said facts and circumstances, the present writ petition can be disposed off with a direction to respondent 2 to take a decision on the
representation of the petitioner so far as the grievance of his not being considered for promotion to the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade II. 3.
Let respondent No. 2 take a decision at the earliest within a period of 60 days from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondent no 2 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
