By way of this writ petition the petitioner is ventilating his grievances against the inaction of the respondent authorities for allotment of LPG distributorship to the respondent No. 4 contrary to the guidelines and policy. 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents No. 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has no locus to the allotment of the LPG distributorship and he can make a representation before the respondent authorities for redressal of his grievances.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to make representation before the respondent authorities for redressal of his grievances.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the respondents No. 1 and 2 for redressal of his grievances who, in turn, shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with the guidelines and policy laid down for LPG distributorship. 7.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
