(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondent No.2- The Director, Public Education Directorate, Raipur highlighting his grievances within two weeks from today. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondent No.2 raising all his grievances. If such representation is made by the petitioner before the respondent No.2 and in turn, respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
