Agrawal Order On Board 07/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is running hotel and wine shop, which is situated at Nandini Road and now in that place the road is proposed to be constructed by the respondent authorities and, thereby, his license for running the hotel and wine shop is likely to be cancelled, against which he has made representation to the respondent authorities, but the same has not been considered and decided till now, hence this petition.
(2) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. (3) Be that as it may, the Collector, Durg is directed to consider and take a decision upon the petitioner's case in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
