1. The substantial grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner was transferred from Sub-Health Centre, Kosmanda, Block Kawardha to Sub Health Centre, Udiyakala, Block Sahaspur-Lohra and the petitioner

-2has also given her joining at Sub Health Centre, Udiyakal but till date she has not been given the substantive charge of Multipurpose Health Worker. Further grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of having given joining in the year 2016 she has not been given accommodation which she is otherwise entitled for as a Woman Multipurpose Health Worker at Udiyakala.

2. According to the petitioner, the difficulty in getting the charge as also accommodation is the non-relieving of respondent no.4 from Sub Health Centre, Udiyakala to Baghamunda and respondent no.5 from Baghamunda to Ramtala, all of whom were transferred by the same order dated 30.07.2016.

3. Counsel for the petitioner drew the attention of this Court to a couple of orders passed by the higher authorities in the department for granting full charge to the petitioner at Sub-Health Centre, Udiyakala but till date there is no proper compliance of the said order made.

Given the limited dispute that the petitioner has raised, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 to ensure that the order dated 30.07.2016 is complied with in its letter and spirit and the petitioner who had given joining in the year 2016 at Udiyakala is provided with all necessary charge which she is otherwise entitled for including that of the facility of quarter etc. At the same time, the authority would also take appropriate step so far as the posting of respondents 4 & 5 are concerned who were transferred by the same order i.e. 30.07.2016. It is expected that respondent no.3 would take a decision at the earliest

-3preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
