Agrawal Order On Board 29/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that amount of premium ought not to have been increased by the respondent authorities, therefore, the impugned order deserves to be set aside.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1&2Municipal Corporation would submit that the premium charge is strictly in accordance with law.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file representation before the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Durg against the order dated 08.05.2001 with regard to premium amount supported by additional documents. If such representation is filed by

the petitioner before the said authority, in that event the said authority shall consider and decide the same expeditiously within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
