2. Learned counsel representing the State submits that as per the apprehension shown by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the detenue might be at Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), the police has made attempt to trace out the

detenue at Bhopal also but, she was not found there. He further submits that the police is keeping proper eyes over the parents of the detenue and also on the petitioner to get the whereabouts of her.

3. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 10 submits that a criminal case is registered against the petitioner.

4. On the last date of hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, same is the position today. From the aforementioned fact of non-representation of the case, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter further.

5. Looking to the non-representation of the case, when it is called up for hearing, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the case for nonprosecution.
