By the impugned order dated 19.09.2017, the respondent No. 4 has granted the lease in favour of respondent No. 6 and rejected the petitioner's application.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit

that against the impugned order the petitioner has made a representation / complaint to the Collector, Kabeerdham on 23.09.2017 which is pending consideration since then and, therefore, directions may be issued to decide the same expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Kabeerdham is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing both the parties.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
