The applicant has preferred this bail application as she is apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No.243/2015, registered at Police Station Pusour, District Raigarh (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC and Section 4 of Karza Act (The Chhattisgarh Protection of Debtor Act, 1937). 2.

This is the second bail application before this Court under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. The first bail application was rejected by this Court on 18.05.2016 on merits. 3.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case, this Court is not inclined to extend the benefit of Section 438 of Cr.P.C to the applicant. Accordingly, the second bail application is dismissed.
