2. This petition is de-linked with WPS No.6025 of 2008.

3. The petitioners would challenge the constitution of the Committee for deciding the issue concerning allocation of the services of the employees working in the erstwhile MPSEB in between the successor MPSEB and CSEB, which has presently been divided into several companies.

4. Mr. Vinod Deshmukh, learned counsel for MPSEB, would submit that the issue concerning allocation of services of the employees of the erstwhile MPSEB, has already been settled and if any individual employee is aggrieved with the order of allocation, he would always be at liberty to file petition raising his individual grievance.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty in favour of the individual employees to agitate the issue concerning allocation of services, if cause of action survives. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Shyna
