This instant writ petition has been preferred by the petitioners against the notice-cum-order dated 30.08.2017 issued by the Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat, District- Gariyaband for removing the encroachment without affording any opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that against the impugned order the petitioners have also made a complaint to the Tahsildar, Rajim on 23.09.2017, but it has not been considered and no action has been taken till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Be that as it may, the Tahsildar, Rajim is directed to consider and decide the petitioners' application / objection expeditiously strictly in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
