At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondents No.4 & 5 would submit that the entire payment has been made to the petitioner and the contempt has been purged.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there has been substantial compliance of the order, yet if any part of payment is still remaining, the petitioner may be granted liberty to move afresh.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of. However, if any other cause of action arisen during pendency of the contempt petition, the petitioner would be at liberty to prefer a separate writ petition.
