The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.POR8656/12 registered at police station - Circle Office, Bagbahra, Distt.-Mahasamund, CG for alleged commission of offence under Section 9, 51 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972. 2.
Case against the applicant is the applicant is involved in killing wild animals. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only on the memorandum of other accused, the applicant has been implicated. It is further submitted that seizure of articles from the house of the applicant are not proved as the applicant is a Blacksmith. 4.
On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that three Bysons died due to electrocution and during investigation, two co-accused were arrested and they have stated involvement of the applicant, whereafter, from the house of the applicant, articles used for hunting and killing animals were recovered. 5.
Taking into consideration the nature of allegations and material against the applicant, the bail application is rejected.
