Appellant/Piyush Mishra has filed two appeals, first through legal aid registered as CRA No.351/2021 and second one stated to be filed on the instructions of mother of the appellant subsequently as CRA No.402/2021.

As on behalf of the appellant an appeal has been filed through legal aid, the appeal filed at a subsequent point of time i.e. CRA No. 402/2021 is not maintainable.

CRA No.402/2021 is accordingly disposed of.

Shri P.R. Patankar and associates are permitted to argue on behalf of the appellant along with counsel engaged through Legal aid in CRA No.351/2021.

After arguing at great length, learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the bail application. As prayed, the application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
