Minz, Dy.GA Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 08/08/2016 Challenge to the transfer order dated 28-07-2016 is made mainly on the ground of personal hardship as the petitioner is only member in the family to look after her old aged father.

The aforesaid ground can only be examined by the administrative authority and not a ground for interference by the Writ Court. 3.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of transfer. In case, the petitioner prefers representation before the respondent No.2 within a period of 10 days from today, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of three weeks from the date of submission of representation. 4.
