Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that against the impugned order dated 29.07.2017 passed by respondent No. 3, the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending consideration before the Collector, Balrampur, District- Ramanujganj since long and has not been considered and decided till date.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Balrampur District- Ramanujganj is

directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for stay / appeal expeditiously preferably within a period of one week from the date of production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
