1. The petitioners applied for the post of Patwari. Inspite of having knowledge of computer, they have not been granted appointment on account of not having Computer Diploma Course Certificate as is required by the State Govt.
2. The petitioner submits that the State Govt. thereafter has issued a circular on 22.01.2018 wherein the qualification which the petitioners
are having, have already been accepted by the Govt. for grant of employment on the post of Patwari. He further submits that the petitioners have already made representation in this regard to the respondents.
3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, let the respondent No.4 consider the representation of the petitioners in accordance with circular of the State Govt. applicable in respect of appointment to the post of Patwari at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date certified copy of this order is made available to the respondent No.4. It is the responsibility of the petitioner to make available a copy of this order to respondent No.4.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
5. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case so far as entitlement of petitioners are concerned.
