1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the original petition for divorce has been dismissed for want of prosecution before the Court below, therefore, at this stage, this petition has become infructuous and the petitioner seeks liberty that as and when the occasion arises, he may be allowed to revive the petition.

2. Prayer is allowed.

3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as having become infructous with the aforesaid liberty.
