The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner is not an expert teacher to deal with deaf suffering students but he has been transferred to such a school at Jagdalpur. 2.
The petitioner is presently posted in Deaf and Dumb School at Raipur. The petitioner never objected to his posting at Raipur. Therefore, on this ground, I am not inclined to interfere with the order. 3.
The other ground raised by the petitioner in this petition is that the petitioner, himself, is suffering from mental illness and certain certificate
-2has been placed on record. This aspect requires consideration by the State Government. The State Government shall examine the matter with regard to the alleged mental illness of the petitioner. The petitioner submits that his representation made to the Chief Minister has been forwarded to the Secretary of the Department for consideration of transfer. The representation of the petitioner be decided within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
The petition is accordingly disposed off.
