Grievance of the Petitioner is that Respondent No.8-Sandeep Tiwari is a Gram Rojgar Sahayak and has prepared hundreds of forged job cards under the MGNREGA scheme and despite complaint being made by the

villagers and the Petitioner, no action has been taken against him. 2.

Learned State Counsel submits that various facts have to be ascertained by the competent authority and the Petition, in the present form, is not maintainable. He further submits that let the Petitioner make proper representation before the Collector detailing his claim and in turn, the Collector shall proceed with in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the fair submission made by learned State Counsel, the present Petition is disposed of.

The Petitioner is permitted to file representation giving all the details of the case within four weeks from today and in turn, the Collector may act in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 5.
