None Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 17/07/2015 Grievance of the petitioner in the instant petition is that the appeal preferred by the petitioner before respondent No.3 on 25.09.2010 against his removal from service till date has not been decided. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would be served if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the appeal of the petitioner, if the same is not yet decided, within a period of eight weeks from date of receipt of copy of this order. It is ordered accordingly. It is expected that respondent No.3 shall positively decide the appeal of the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court strictly in accordance with law.
