Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 17/07/2015 Grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is that he has been denied pension payable to him by the respondents on account of the fact that he does not have requisite qualifying service period for grant of pension.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that an identical writ petition has already been disposed of by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(S) No.1945 of 2015 dated 15.05.2015 and the present petition may also be disposed of in the similar term. State counsel does not have any objection if the present petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.(S) No.1945 of 2015.
