The petitioner has also submitted his reply to show cause notice dated 14-06-2016 and stated that his seniority is not liable to be adversely affected by her transfer. 2.

The competent authority has not taken any decision till date. The petitioner has filed this petition only against show cause notice. Therefore, I am not inclined to interfere at this stage. The competent authority shall decide the case of the petitioner after due and proper consideration of reply of the petitioner. In case, there is decision against the petitioner, she would be at liberty to take appropriate remedy as may be

available to her under the law. Considering that the promotion order has already been issued, the competent authority shall decide the case of the petitioner at the earliest. 3.
