Shri Dhiraj Wankhede, GA Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 11/08/2016 The transfer order is under challenge on the ground of personal difficulties that the mother of the petitioner is suffering from mental problem and grandmother is 91 years old and his sister is studying at Delhi and the petitioner is unmarried. 2.

None of the grounds raised before this Court warrant interference by this Court, because, these are all matters of administrative consideration. The petitioner has already prefered representation. The competent authority may consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to find out whether it is possible subject to administrative exigency

to adjust the petitioner to a place where proper medical facilities are available. 3.
