1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on account of listing of many cases before this Court on the date of hearing an incorrect order was relied by the petitioner in WPC No. 549 of 2019 whereas, in fact, the issue involved in the writ petition was covered by order passed in WPC No.434 of 2019 in the matter of Ram Vishal @ Vishal Patel and another vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others and other connected matters.

2. Having perused the papers and the record of the writ petition, the submission appears to be correct, therefore, the order passed on 20.02.2019 in WPC No.549 of 2019 is recalled.

3. Let WPC No. 549 of 2019 be restored to its original number and be placed for consideration day after tomorrow i.e., 19.06.2019.
