Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that impugned order dated 30.01.2018 has been passed by respondent No. 4 without affording any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner therefore, petitioner may be allowed to make representation before the said authority for fresh consideration.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is allowed. 4.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation / file reply before the said authority who shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of representation after hearing the parties. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
