The grievance of the petitioner as ventilated through this petition is that his claim for salary is not being decided by respondent No.3. Learned counsel for the State would submit that the pending claim of the petitioner shall be decided by respondent No.3 within a reasonable period. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, without commenting upon the merits of the case, let the petitioner's claim for salary and other claim to be decided by respondent No.3 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
