In the order dated 13.2.2019 passed by this Court in MCC No.122 of 2019 due to typographical mistake, in first and second paragraphs of the order, instead of "WPT No. 75 of 2013", it has been typed as WPT No.77 of 2013, it be read as "WPT No. 75 of 2013". The applicant is now at liberty to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority in accordance with law within 30 days from today and that will be considered and decided by the appellate authority expeditiously.

2. In view of above, MCC stands disposed of.
