1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was suspended on 11.12.2019 which was subject of challenge in WPS No. 10813/2019 wherein this Court has passed an interim order on 02/01/2020.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to such order, the suspension order has been revoked by the respondent No. 2 vide letter dated 16.01.2020 and the petitioner has joined the post also. Therefore, the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to make a representation so that the amount due to him during the suspension period may be paid.

3. Considering the submission made, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order which shall be decided by the Respondent No. 2 within a further period of 60 days from the date of filing of representation.

4. With the aforesaid directions/ observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
