This petition has been brought against the order dated 15.01.2019, passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bilaspur rejecting the application of the petitioner under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

It is submitted that the Family Court has rejected the application of the petitioner without giving proper consideration to the meaning of Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

After perusing the order passed by the Family Court, it appears that there is a need of reconsideration on the prayer made by the petitioner, therefore, this petition is disposed off at motion stage. The

Page No.2 petitioner is directed to file a fresh and duly constituted application under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act and the Court is directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with the law. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
