(1) The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 15/2015 registered at Police Station- Chandora, District-Surajpur for the offences punishable under Sections 302 & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) After hearing learned counsel for the parties; and taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case and the manner in which the applicant is alleged to have strangulated deceased - Ku. Krishna Sahu on 21.02.2015 whereas applicant No. 2 is also alleged to have assisted the applicant No. 1 in the commission of offence; and the cloth (Mafler), which was used in the offence in question, has been seized from the possession of applicant No.1, I am not inclined to release the applicants on bail. Therefore, the bail application is rejected.
