For non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 22.04.2015 passed by this Court, applicants' appeal was dismissed by the office vide office note dated 14.05.2015. Considering the grounds taken in the application and submission made by the applicants, the MCC No.551/2015 is allowed and S.A. No.34/2002, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the Court order dated 22.04.2015 is restored to its original number subject to compliance of the Court's order dated 22.04.2015 within a period of 15 days from today.
