The petitioner, is a retired employee, again approached this Court with the grievance that despite revision of pay scale of the petitioner,
-2arrears have not been paid.
From the documents on record, it is found that in the year 2014, itself, revision of pay was directed. Order dated 29.03.2016 of the PHQ (Crime Investigation Department) Chhattisgarh has passed order granting benefit of second higher pay scale and the pay has also been revised. Therefore, the monetary benefits are to be released in favour of the petitioner without further loss of time. The respondents No.1,2 and 3 are directed to ensure that the financial benefits are actually released in favour of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
The petition is accordingly disposed off.
