1. Heard.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the SDO (Revenue), Pamgarh, wherein, the land in question has been directed to be reentered in the name of State of Chhattisgarh.

3. It appears the SDO (Revenue) has found that the land has been set-apart for Nistari prupose for "Charai".

4. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, there are two remedies open to him, first under Section 57(2) of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 (in short "the Code, 1959") for establishing his title and second, by preferring an appeal before the concerned Collector under the Code, 1959.

5. In view of the existence of statutory alternative remedy, the writ petition is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed, as not maintainable. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Shyna
