Instant petition is to expedite the urgent hearing of complaint case which is pending before the CJM, Dhamtari.

On due consideration, I do not think it proper to invoke power under section 482 of Cr.P.C. The complainant would be at liberty to move an application for hearing of the case as expeditiously as possible and the trial court according to the circumstances prevailing in the board may act accordingly subject to the convenience. However, no unnecessary
adjournment be granted.
