(1)The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WP No. 2818 of 2003 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 09.07.2020.

(2)For the reasons assigned in the said MCC and also considering submission put forth by the petitioner subject to depositing a cost of Rs. 2000/- to the High Court Bar Association Library Fund by the petitioner within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on furnishing the receipt of the same to the Registry, the writ petition WP No. 2818 of 2003 stands restored in its original number.
