This M.C.C. has been filed by the petitioner/ applicant for modification of the order dated 13.02.2017 passed by this Court in M.C.C. No. 5 of 2017 for exemption / reduction from payment of cost. 2.

On due consideration of the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the grounds taken in the restoration petition, and the fact that since the applicant is suffering from serious illness, the cost imposed is waived off.
