By the instant petition, the Applicant wants modification of the order dated 26.2.2019 passed in Criminal Revision No.162 of 2019 to the effect that in place of the criminal revision, I.A. No.1 of 2019, so far as it relates to the present Applicant, may be dismissed as not pressed as he does not want to press the I.A. and wants to pursue the revision.

On due consideration, the instant Cr.M.P. is allowed. It is ordered that in the order dated 26.2.2019, in place of the order of dismissal of the revision relating to the present Applicant following order may be read:

"Learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that he does not want to press I.A. No.1 of 2019 for suspension of sentence and grant of bail with regard to Applicant No.3, Amit Mishra. In view of the submission, I.A.

No.1 of 2019, so far as it relates to Applicant No.3, Amit Mishra, is dismissed as not pressed."
