Agrawal Order On Board 1 2/ /201 (1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 168/2015 registered at Police Station Ambikapur, Distt. Surguja (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 393, 397, 307 & 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.
(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 08.03.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1006 of 2016. (3) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application.
