1. The transfer order which is only a local arrangement within the city of Raipur is being challenged on the ground that the petitioner is posted in the office of Commissioner, Health Services, which is State level post.

-2The petitioner cannot be posted to another divisional level office.

2. Present is only a case of local arrangement. The petitioner is being transferred from a post of Stenographer to another post of Stenographer. There is no ground available to challenge the transfer order.

3. Therefore, the petition is liable to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed.
