1. Heard.

2. The petitioner would challenge the order of termination passed by Seva Sahkari Samiti Maryadit, Mohabhattha, Branch Devarbija, District Bemetara.

3. Admittedly, the Seva Sahkari Samiti Maryadit, Mohabhatta is a Cooperative Society registered under the Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 (in short "the Act, 1960"), therefore, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of raising a dispute before the jurisdictional Deputy Registrar/Registrar, Cooperative Societies, under Section 64 of the Act, 1960.

1. Let the petitioner raise a dispute before the concerned Deputy Registrar/Registrar, Cooperative Societies, in accordance with law and on such dispute being raised, the Deputy Registrar/Registrar shall decide the same in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 08 months from the date of its submission.
