Indisputably, the order under challenge passed by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Chhattisgarh on 10.08.2007 has been recalled by the Registrar himself by a subsequent order dated 26.12.2011. 3.

The copy of the order dated 26.12.2011 is made part of the record of this writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that if the petitioner feels that the subsequent order revives his claim, as existing on 4.6.2007, he would be at liberty to move a representation before the competent authority within a period of one month from today, which shall be decided by the competent authority by a speaking order within next three months.
