(1) The applicant/husband by way of this revision seeks to quash the order dated 04.03.2015 by which, his application for stay/execution of the maintenance amount pending disposal of application under Section 126(2) has been rejected.

(2) After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case it would be expedient to direct the Family Court, Durg to dispose of the application

under Section 126(2) of the Cr.P.C. within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid direction, the criminal revision stands finally disposed of.
