Agrawal Order On Board 01/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made application before the competent authority for issuance of caste certificate, but the same was refused by the competent authority, hence this petition.
(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file all the documents before the competent authority as necessary for just and proper disposal of the said application and also to bring the notice to the competent authority as circular/notification issued by the State Government. If the petitioner files all the documents before the
competent authority, in that event the competent authority shall consider and decide the petitioner's application for issuing of his caste certificate, strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
