This is repeat bail application. The earlier bail application stood dismissed on 08.12.2017 with liberty to revive the same after the material witnesses are examined.

This second bail application has been filed after the prosecutrix has been examined.

A perusal of records would show that the prosecutrix infact has supported the case of the prosecution in its entirety. Thus, this court does not find any strong case made out for grant of bail. Accordingly, the bail application stands rejected. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Inder
